The Inner Game

The Human Edge Curriculum

AI can produce resolution before it has been earned. That is useful and dangerous.

The human edge is not vague. It is judgment, taste, and persistence. Judgment asks whether the answer fits the situation. Taste notices when something feels technically correct but wrong for the moment. Persistence keeps working when the model gives a confident answer that does not hold up.

The leader’s job is not to compete with AI at speed. The leader’s job is to know when speed is hiding a gap.

The Short Version

The human edge is not being louder than the machine. It is knowing what the machine cannot see.

Try This Now

The next time AI gives you an answer, ask it one more question: what would you need to know to be more certain?
