Coaching for Leaders Navigating AI
One-on-one coaching for leaders figuring out what AI actually changes about how they lead.
Most leaders know AI matters. They are not ignoring it. But somewhere between the hype and the how-to, they got stuck.
Maybe your company rolled out tools. Maybe your team is experimenting. Maybe you have used ChatGPT enough to know it matters, but not enough to know how it should change the way you lead.
This coaching is for that gap.
I am a physician making high-stakes decisions in clinical environments. I also build AI systems as core tools that help run my work and brand during a demanding residency schedule. That overlap shapes how I coach.
What We Work On
Whatever is actually blocking you.
Sometimes that means building AI systems for your team: context containers, workflows, decision frameworks, and review habits.
Sometimes the questions are more fundamental. How do I make decisions differently now that AI is in the picture? How do I lead a team that is half-skeptical and half-obsessed with these tools? How do I stay relevant without turning into someone I do not recognize?
This is not a course.
It is you and me on a call, working on your specific situation, with follow-up between sessions.
This is probably right for you if:
- You lead people and are responsible for outcomes.
- AI is changing your job, team, or industry.
- You want practical guidance from someone working inside the problem.
- You want honest feedback, not performance theater.
This is probably not right for you if:
- You want someone to build your tools for you while you stay hands-off.
- You want motivational content instead of direct feedback.
- You will not do the work between sessions.
