# The Leadership Growth

## Thesis

AI should make leaders more human, not less. The point isn't speed. It's space. Space to show up more for the people you lead, to have the harder conversations, to read the room, to do the relational work AI cannot do. Leaders who win this era will be the ones who use AI to free up bandwidth for human connection, not the ones who hide behind it.

## About

Carlo DelDonno, MD is a physician (anesthesiology resident), executive leadership coach, and AI architect. He writes The Leadership Growth, a weekly publication on using AI to give leaders more time with the humans they lead. He co-hosts The Resilient U Show on self-leadership and mental resilience with Andrew Darby, LCSW.
